Joanne has been with Owlets for 11 years. She is continually updating her CPD & loves nothing more than managing her team to ensure they are providing a safe & secure learning environment for our little ones. Joanne is very creative with her lesson plans, & although some would call it 'messy' she likes to get the children playing in anything that might need a change of clothes!

Michelle enjoys working to continually update her CPD. Michelle started her Owlets journey with us 20+ years ago as a mums help when her daughter joined us. Since then she has progressed to Deputy Manager & could not be happier in her role.

Sam joined Owlets in September 2020, having previously worked at both Dunton & Wrestlingworth preschools. Sam has been working in childcare for 20 years, starting her career by running holiday clubs.

Vicki joined Owlets in September 2020 as a 1-1 support assistant & has just completed her Level 3 childcare qualification & is now working towards her functional skills. Vicki previously worked at a private care home, however since expanding her family she decided that a role in childcare was what she would love to do.
